We will examine the many forms that self-care comes in and help you to develop a plan so you can make it a regular part of your life.
If you wish to attend a workshop, you must enrol as a student first, and book on via email 7 days before the session takes place.
If you are concerned about your mental health or someone you care for, you can contact the Access Team at our Crisis Care Centre directly, any time of the day or night, every day of the year and for any age on 0800 0 328 728 (Option 1).
