Wellbeing Showcase

Join us on these interactive sessions to see the Wellbeing College Students showcase the strategies that keep them well.

During each workshop you will meet a different person and hear about their favourite way to keep their wellbeing in check, with an opportunity to try it out. Workshops vary each term.

The art of emotional wellbeing

Connecting with emotions through creative expression. Explore your emotions through creative expression and accessible art therapy-inspired techniques. This workshop helps participants strengthen self-awareness, support positive mental health, and develop healthier ways to understand, express, and manage emotions. As the saying goes, “The goal is not to create art, but to create awareness”.
Find out how small creative activities can reduce stress, enhance emotional balance, and encourage personal growth and wellbeing.

Date
