The aim of this 5-week course is to provide you with the opportunity to gain clarity about your direction in life, develop tools and strategies to help you commit to action and make progress towards your brighter future.

Week 1 – Introductions, Ways of Working and Individual Aims

Week 2 – The Military Mindset

Week 3 – Breathe, Sleep, Move

Week 4 – Learning to prioritise, plan and make good decisions

Week 5 – Overcoming obstacles to your progress and Sustaining positive change
