You’ll gain practical tips to support better sleep and leave with a deeper understanding of your own sleep patterns. Whether you’re a light sleeper, a night owl, or just curious – this session is for you.
If you wish to attend a workshop, you must enrol as a student first, and book on via email 7 days before the session takes place.
