This workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to maternal mental illness.

Exploring maternal mental illness, such as prenatal/ postnatal depression and maternal anxiety; understanding what it is; the effects between mother and infant; why it is
important and what we can all do to support parents who are struggling with their mental health during the prenatal or postnatal stages.
