This interactive workshop helps students to understand how to enjoy a balanced diet.

Two part workshop 

Part 1: 9th October – Gain knowledge about ways to eat and be healthy, how to balance foods that can improve your mood and recipes to cook
healthy on a budget. Followed by a hands-on interactive cooking lesson.

Part 2: 23rd October – Cook off – create a meal from a recipe with guidance, discuss batch cooking ideas, nutritional value and other top tips.Then taste and share everyone’s creations with a cuppa
