This interactive workshop offers an introduction for those who have experienced grief, bereavement and loss or those who would like a greater insight into how to support themselves and others.

Join us to learn about grief reactions, contemporary grief theory and self-care. This is a safe space to self reflect, further your knowledge and connect with others as well as finding out what support services are available and when they might be needed.
