Decades Reloaded

This interactive workshop will help students to learn how dancing can improve your mental wellbeing.

We will also explore how people of different physical abilities can still enjoy dancing and we will offer tips regardless of ability. Join us for a low impact session of dancing led by a Decades Reloaded dance teacher. This workshop is designed for individuals of all experience levels who are seeking to learn more about dance and wellbeing. No skill level is required, simply a desire to move with like-minded people and having fun.
