During this session will look at different types of loneliness and why people feel lonely, even when they are around others. We will talk about the barriers that can stop us from connecting with people – such as confidence, routines, past experiences, and practical challenges.
You will learn how to set small, realistic goals to help you take steps toward meeting people, building confidence, and feeling less alone.
You will leave with a simple plan that fits you and your life.
If you wish to attend a workshop, you must enrol as a student first, and book on via email 7 days before the session takes place.
You can call 111 any day of the week at any time to speak to a member of our 24/7 Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team.
If you have an impairment and are unable to use the telephone, you can text the Access Team on 07739 775202 and the team will respond as soon as possible (please note: this text service is charged at your network provider’s rate).
