Our workshop will explore what is meant by the word recovery, how we feel about it and whether it relates to our individual lives

Join us whilst we consider the importance of Connectedness, Hope, Identity, Meaning and Empowerment and how this has the potential to impact on our wellbeing and recovery as we understand it.
