SPARK: celebrating creativity

Spark workshop image with two hands touching
Join us in a celebration of creativity through art, poetry, music and other forms of expression.

A great thinker once said: “One must still have chaos in oneself to be able to give birth to a dancing star”.
Sometimes it’s in our darkest times that we find our ‘spark’. In this workshop we will explore how our imagination can be nurtured as a wellness tool to give us the resilience and the inspiration to live an extraordinary life, as well as connecting with others who may be going through hard times.

Thursday 26 November

Time

1pm to 3pm

Location
