Improving Our Services Together – An introduction to Co-production in Quality Improvement (QI)

Quality Improvement tool with sticky notes on wall
This workshop offers the opportunity to try some Quality Improvement tools that can be used when we work together to improve services.

Join us for an introduction to quality improvement (QI). This workshop is for anyone who, based on their experience, is interested in helping local NHS services improve. QI is a tool that gives time, resources, and support to the people who know the challenges best on how to fix them. It is often used to enhance the experience of people by focusing on: “what matters to you?”
