Menopause is a natural and inevitable part of a woman’s life. Nevertheless, symptoms associated with menopause and the lead up to it (perimenopause) can be complex, debilitating and life changing.

Join us to explore what happens to our bodies, common symptoms and treatment options as well as personal experiences and signposting to helpful resources.
