Living well with autism

Having autism can be a truly unique, wonderful way to experience the world. But this does not mean it doesn’t come without its difficulties.

Our workshop is designed to explain the common struggles many individuals with autism face and how to use adaptive coping strategies to combat these.

We welcome anyone to come along, doesn’t matter whether you have autism yourself, you are a support worker or you have family members with autism.
