Are you interested in getting involved in volunteering in mental health NHS services locally? If so, join us in this workshop to find out what you can do and how to register.
Learn more about the Wellbeing College, our values and the power of lived experience. If you have first-hand insight of mental distress or accessing our services we particularly welcome you to attend and explore our co-production and peer plans.
If you wish to attend a workshop, you must enrol as a student first, and book on via email 7 days before the session takes place.
If you are concerned about your mental health or someone you care for, you can contact the Access Team at our Crisis Care Centre directly, any time of the day or night, every day of the year and for any age on 0800 0 328 728 (Option 1).
If you have an impairment and are unable to use the telephone, you can text the Access Team on 07739 775202 and the team will respond as soon as possible (please note: this text service is charged at your network provider’s rate).
