Find out about the Wellbeing College, our vision, our values, our partners and more
The aim of the Wellbeing College is to provide learning opportunities for people who have or have had mental and physical health challenges, their family members, staff who support them and members of the public with an interest or involvement in mental and physical health.
These learning opportunities are all focused on increasing understanding, confidence, coping strategies and behaviour to enable people to manage their own lives, conditions and treatments as far as possible, so that they can live the lives they wish to lead.
