Inpatient Workshops

In addition to our community workshops, we also run regular bite-sized sessions for patients at Harplands Hospital, as well as their carers and staff.

The inpatient workshops take place every Wednesday from 1:30pm to 2:15pm, and every other Friday at the same time.

The sessions follow a rotating schedule and include:

  • Arts and Minds

  • Getting Back on Your Feet

  • The Art of Sleep

  • Calm in the Storm

  • Self-Care

For more information, please contact us at wellbeingcollege@combined.nhs.uk.

Important!

If you wish to attend a workshop, you must enrol as a student first, and book on via email 7 days before the session takes place.
