Tackling Anxiety – Anxiety in everyday life

Our workshop provides a snapshot into anxiety and its effect on our wellbeing. Noticing how it can affect us is the first step to tackling our anxiety.

Come along to explore and accept how anxiety can be present not only emotionally but physically in us and in others, and recognise that learning to notice this helps to tackle the triggers and symptoms.
