Our Workshops

All of our workshops are co-produced and co-facilitated by people who have lived experience of physical and mental health challenges.

You can expect to feel included and your contribution will be valued. All of our workshops are interactive, but there will be no pressure. Our sessions are all led by the attendees on the day.

"It's a wonderful creation, they work hard providing a respectable, comfortable environment in loads of different locations, it has a unique and dynamic feel (...) if you go to any of the workshops you'll feel supported and valuable"

With you, by you, for you

We understand that it may be difficult for you when first attending the Wellbeing College and having to be in a new place, meeting new people.

To help with this, feel free to bring a carer, relative or friend with you and ask them to also enrol as a student alongside you if you feel this would be helpful.

You are not alone.

Help is here, and it's on a new number
